Soraya Caro Vargas

Lawyer of  Universidad Externado de Colombia with Master in Economic Law at University of Bologna and Erasmus University Rotterdam, and PhD in Political Science from Indira Gandhi Open University in New Delhi.

Her extensive experience in the commercial and business sector, and her role as advisor in Colombian associations and international cooperation agencies such as USAID, GTZ and KAS; with her experience of six years in New Delhi, gave a complete and realistic vision of India and South Asia.

In this way she has been a consultant on public services in India, trade between India and Latin America and the strengthening of relations between the two regions. This is reflected in her recent book “India Latin America, an alliane for the future”
